          In the case your product presents malfunctions or manufacturing defects, we’ll quickly organize a free replacement.

          However, our warranty does not cover thefts or accidental damages.

            I brought two lovely comfortable sets of pyjamas. They are getting plenty of use, and admiration. Quick delivery was also appreciated. My only gripe would be the tags are large and scratchy. I don't like to remove tags as cutting them off means the edges are still scratchy and can cause sewed edges to part. The sizing is pretty close to spot on. I am a 10-12 so went for the 10 in the summer set and 12 in the winter set. I will continue to be a repeat buyer

          • My experience was great customer service

            I was initially concerned as I ordered some swimsuits for holiday, knowing the timing was tight. I paid extra for express delivery which would get them here on time but was then was surprised to see the delivery date had changed to after I went away. I need to hand it to the customer services team though. Having emailed them my concern and frustration, they replied hastily and kept an eye on shipping for me. They sent various emails, were really supportive and everything arrived on time. Great service and a big thank you from me.
