Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

I have had to retune each of these using my iphone app and the included wrench with some being off over two hertz tones. The fork materials are excellent, and the fork holds the tone a reasonable length of time. After retuning to C#, 136.1 hertz, the forks held that tone and performed well. Great price for the quality. I tried others that I sent back and these far outranked those. I have a few super high quality forks, and I can for sure tell a difference in quality level, however, for the price I think they’re good quality. I checked each with a frequency tuner and they were spot on. They hold their resonance for a decent amount of time. All in all I am very pleased!
