Free Returns for inMivo Members.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once, at most, for shipping costs (this includes returns); There will be no restocking to be charged to consumers for returning the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.

This Flying Ball is a Christmas Gift
I use our neighbors flying ball. It is so much fun for adults as well as children. It is so easy to control. A bundle of fun. I would recommend for all. This is Christmas Present for our grandchildren. We are so excited for them to open the present.

This ball is loads of fun to be had by all family members and even my dog loves to go catch it. I dis liked that it only last about 20 minutes but it's still alot of fun and charges up in about half an hour.

I bought this flying ball for my husband for Christmas. It worked great right out of the box. The battery life has been great. It takes some practice getting use to the function of the ball, but overall a great gift for the money.
